One fishing guide I know, he used to have a “fuel surcharge,” every time gas went over $3 per gallon. I thought about that, but I’ve stuck it out until one time, at the shop in Austin, still suffering under the lock down, mandated masques, I had one paid reading. I spent more on time, travel, and timorous teachings for the day than I made.

So the prices are going up, and for many, based on added tips (always reported), it’s not a big deal.
