Angels and Demons:
As I recall, Angels and Demons was a better book than Da Vinci code, and after having seen both movies and read both books? I still think the books are better. However, I was still pleasantly surprised by the hook at the end of the Angles. Stellar performance by that actor. I’ve only seen Trainspotting once, that I can recall, and to this day, its opening monologue? Some of the finest words ever delivered. Post-punk modernism, almost, but not quite, pre-WWW.
