Short observation, and part of what gets rolled into the horoscopes?
Monday morning, the Moon aligns with Neptune, a slow, rolling, mystical connection that obfuscates the crap out of every issue. Then, eventually, the moment of the Full Moon, just before sunset, with the Moon at 28° Pisces and the Sun at 28° Virgo.
