Liked the first installment, as it was perfect, the preview was free on Kindle, then only, if I recall correctly, $1.99 on iTunes/iBooks. Excellent price for essentially new-age pulp.
It’s perfect blend of standard, hard-boiled, rogue-cop, LA PI, with enough of a twist, Tibetan Buddhism, thrown in the mix to make it mindful and interesting.
Drug cartel, drug trafficking, the Tibetan Diaspora, meditation and more… much, much more. This time? I was mindful of my previous mistake — I bought a copy on Amazon so I can pass it on to other readers.
